Terms & Conditions

1. Please place your order only if you are comfortable with the terms and conditions. Thank you!
2. We accept bank transfers and all major credit cards via PayPal
3.Please follow the provided format for ordering on our HOW TO ORDER PAGE.
4. All items are not yet in stock and will be ordered only when you order.
5. Payments will have to be made as soon as we confirm that items you wish to purchase is in available.
6. Prices shown does not include shipping which we will quote separately.
7. We are not responsible for any errors in merchants' shipping of orders, loss or damage of goods during shipping. .

1. Shipping

For Nelanz's items, goods will be shipped once payment duly received. We will advice tracking number upon shipment. Shipping will be done via surface mail unless otherwise requested by you, and should take between 3-7 days for shipment within Malaysia/Singapore or 14-21 working days for overseas shipment.

2. Modes of Payment

  • Interbank Transfer
  • Paypal
  • Banker's cheque/Bank draft
Please do not send cash through post!

3. Deadline for Making Payment

Once we received your order, you will receive a confirmation email from Nelanz, including payment details. Payments must be completed within 2 days of receiving our email unless otherwise agreed. If we do not hear from you after 2 days, you will receive a final reminder, after which we will cancel your order with/without notice. Hence it is important that you inform Nelanz if you will not have access to emails during that duration.

4. Refund Policy

We take great pride in ensuring the quality of our products. Hence we will not allow any refunds, unless if the product is out of stock.

5. Exchange Policy

NO exchange allowed.

6. Duty and GST Charges by Customs

Please note all prices are quoted before taxes. All taxes, as determined by your customs, are payable by you.

7. Amendments

We reserve the rights to amend any part of the Terms and Conditions as well as adjust the fees to be collected if we find it to be not appropriate/underestimated.
